Spectacular Waterspouts in Australia Today

New South Wales Coast, Australia was today the place where an helicopter recorded huge waterspouts. A team of journalists from the Australian TV, 7 News, managed to record the waterspout that rose from the ocean level till the sky. The waterspout was  about 600 metres high, according to the specialists. Such a phenomena is a dangerous one, and a rare, too. Fortunately, the waterspouts from Australia didn’t affect anybody from the continent. A few minutes after, two other whirlpools were noticed at close distance from the first one. These kind of waterspouts form when a tornado is formed above an ocean, lake or river. Moreover, water whirlpools can in these cases reach the speed of 100 km/h.
