Interdictions for Dubai Visitors and Citizens

Dubai is synonym with richness, abundance, luxurious lives, Arabic people who enjoy living in a wealthy way. This is something that attract most tourists. Dubai, however, is a place of extremes – although it is one of the most modern places in the world, the local mentality is shadowed by traditional faith and beliefs. This led to severe social interdictions among both citizens and travelers. In order to avoid being arrested or fined in a shopping center or even on the beach, you’d better read the interdictions list people must obey in Dubai. Intimate relationships in public are punished with prison. Moreover, people are not allowed to play loud music in public. Lovers, watch out, because when traveling to Dubai, you are not aloud neither to kiss or hug, nor even to hold hands. Outfits are punished, too. For instance, avoid wearing miniskirts or bikini unless you are in a luxury resort. In addition, police may very well arrest you if you swear in public. When sunbathing, be careful and wear an appropriate swimsuit.
