Parndorf is a 3218 inhabitants village, on A4 Highway, which links Budapest and Vienna, and has reached a very large development after the outlet was opened. The Outlet from Parndorf is a place that gathers under the same roof the collections that are about one year ‘old’. It is better for you to make a list but not with certain items because it is possible not to find them there. This outlet is a wide row of houses and you will need at least one day long to see each and every shop and offer. The range is varied, from clothes to luggage (Samsonite) or computershops (Niedermayer).
In the designeroutlet Parndorf there are 150 different shops, 600 brands and it is open daily except sundays and holidays, from Monday till Friday : 09.30 a.m. till 07.00 p.m. and Saturdays from 09.00 a.m. till 06.00 p.m.
Parndorf CentreIt has 3000 parking places, 12
cafes and
restaurants. In 2009, the
outlet will inaugurate another 30 stores. All the restaurants are clean and modern. For those who choose to travel by plane to
Vienna, there is a bus shuttle that takes you from Operngasse 4 directly to
Designer-Outlet Parndorf every Friday and Saturday. Buses start in Vienna on Fridays : every full hour between 01.00p.m. and 08.00p.m. Every Saturday they start in Vienna: every full hour between 09.00a.m. and 05.00p.m. The
ticket for both ways is a total of 5 Euro but you have to pay it when you return to
Vienna. It is good to know that coming in and going out of the shops is made separately, that is, in open air, and it might be very chilly in winter unless you don’t get dressed properly. The
discounts are between 30%-70% each year, especially at the end of summer and fall when there are the biggest sales. It is quite crowded then, so take your time and patience to see all you are interested in. It is advisable to have cash with you, not to forget about the available amount on your
credit card.
You should visit the
website first and check the
stores you are interested in and visit them first. You can find shops like Mango, Adidas, Puma, Escada, Nike, Geox, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Miss Sixty, Reebok, Calvin Klein, Porsche Design, Timberland, Triumph, Diesel and many others, including shops for kids.
Parndorf Outlet Parking Place For instance, there were 9 euro men T-shirts at Nike, men jackets starting with 9 euro in other stores, 40 euro a designer-label jacket. The suits, also for men, that were looking awesome, were about 80-90 euro. So, there are also good bargains. Children clothes may seem rather expensive, for instance, a jeans skirt or a dress were about 60 euro at Burberry. Mango is a discount store there, you have to have a lot of time, despite the fact that it is not very big, it worths visiting. On the other hand, you might be lucky to find a jacket for ‘only’ 300 euro, instead of 600, as they are in other shops, but in case your are used to pay 60 euro for a jacket, then I do not think it is a good idea to go there only for that.If you go by your own car there, then it is very easy because it has its own exit at the
highway. The
address of Designer Outlet Pandorf: is A7 111, Strasse 1, Parndorf, Austria.
